Common Hop Sedge

Carex Lupulina

An attractive Sedge pefect for a rain garden. It has wide green leaf blades and spiked ‘hop-looking’ seed heads that form in early summer. Also useful in shore restorations, it can be placed on pond edges or lake shores.
